Real Estate brought Gail to her second satisfying career. As an "almost" native of Everett , she finds it exciting to show off her city and county to people looking for their perfect home. Mary currently lives in the Clearview area, which is south of the City of Snohomish. She is a native of the Pacific Northwest and has previously lived in various communities in Washington and Oregon. She enjoys camping, boating, reading, family, pets, and making new friends.
Her family has been involved in various aspects of real estate since she was a small child. Specifically, her father was an early member of the Lynnwood Planning Commission. He was also a licensed Real Estate Broker, builder and land developer.
Mary’s considerable business experience consists of over twenty years which has included being a business owner, involvement in the lending industry, escrow and now as a realtor. As the second Katrina in the office, she is happy to be part of a team that is second to none when it comes to putting your needs first. She has more than 15 years of experience in administration and client services and looks forward to assisting you in any way possible when you call our office. Katrina's focus is making sure the transaction details of your purchase or sale are handled in a professional, organized and timely manner which enables you to feel more comfortable with the entire process.
When away from the office, Katrina finds enjoyment in cooking, reading, travel and sharing in outdoor activities with her husband John and their beloved Misha, a seven year old Samoyed. While spending time in education for personal betterment, she also strives to help the community by volunteering so others can improve their personal lives and their futures.

Suzie was born and raised here in Snohomish County. She spent six years serving in the United States Air Force as a linguist. Four of her service years were spent in England at RAF Mildenhall, to include a 3-month deployment to the Middle East in support of Desert Storm. But her love of the Northwest brought her back to the area to settle down. Suzie received her MBA in 1999 with an emphasis in marketing.
